Setting the preview link expiration at the individual site level


This topic describes how to set the preview link expiration at the site level.

To set the preview link expiration at the site level:

  1. Click menu > Admin > Sites & Settings.
  2. Select the site where you would like to specify this setting.
  3. Click search, located to the left of more_horiz, and type Shared Preview. The Shared Preview Link Expiration (Days) field is returned.
  4. Enter the number of days after which you want all preview links across all sites to expire in the Shared Preview Link Expiration (Days) field.
  5. Click Save.
