Removing assets from a bulk schedule

Assets can be removed individually from the actual asset, or in bulk.

To individually remove assets from a bulk schedule:

  1. Search for and open a scheduled asset. For details, see Viewing a scheduled asset.
  2. In the editorial toolbar, click more_horiz.
  3. Click Unschedule.

The asset is removed from the schedule and returns to the content state it was in when scheduled. For details, see Progression of an asset through states.

Assets that were added to a schedule using the bulk scheduling feature, can be removed from the schedule in bulk also.

To remove assets from a schedule in bulk:

  1. Open the schedule from which you want to remove assets. See Entering and exiting the bulk scheduling feature for more information on accessing existing schedules.
  2. In the Bulk Scheduled Items field, click Unschedule next to the asset you want to remove from this schedule.
  3. Click Save Schedule.

Tip
Once you click Unschedule, it changes to Schedule. If you inadvertently unschedule an asset, you can reschedule it by clicking Schedule next to that asset. The Schedule link is only available before you click Save Schedule.
