You can schedule an asset for publication at a future date. You can later change the scheduled date, or schedule multiple publication dates for different versions of the asset. You can also remove the scheduled date and publish the asset immediately.

To schedule an asset for future publication:

1. Search for and open the asset in the content edit page.
2. In the editorial toolbar, click date_range. A calendar appears.
3. Set the date and time at which you want the asset to go live.

4. Click Set. The scheduled time appears with the Schedule button in the editorial toolbar.

   
5. Click Schedule.

The scheduled asset is added to the Revisions widget.
