This topic explains how to set the preview link explanation at the global level.

To set the preview link expiration at the global level:

1. Click menu > Admin > Sites & Settings > Sites > Global.
2. Click search, located to the left of more_horiz, and type Shared Preview. The Shared Preview Link Expiration (Days) field is returned.
3. Enter the number of days after which you want all preview links across all sites to expire in the Shared Preview Link Expiration (Days) field.

4. Click Save.
