In previous versions, AI settings were only available at the global level, with sites inheriting these configurations. But in version 4.8, we're introducing the ability to configure AI at the site level, giving your organization more flexibility.
This new feature allows you to enable or disable AI for specific sites and choose AI providers at the site level. You can select from global providers or add new ones tailored to each site's needs.
Now, let's talk about AI content flagging. We know that while organizations are embracing AI, there's a need for oversight. That's why we've introduced new tracking and reporting capabilities.
Two new fields have been added: 'Contains AI' and 'AI Fields.' 'Contains AI' is a simple yes or no field indicating whether the content includes AI-generated material. 'AI Fields' shows exactly which fields contain AI-generated content.
Users can filter content to display only items that contain or don't contain AI, and even create automated reports to track AI usage across your CMS.
When you open an article containing AI, you'll see a flag at the top indicating the presence of AI-generated content. Additionally, specific fields within the content will be tagged if they contain AI material.
If AI-generated content is removed, the flag disappears. However, if AI content is added again, the flag will reappear, ensuring consistent oversight.
