Your Brightspot administrator configures the time interval between automatic synchronizations with imported Google Calendars. You can also manually synchronize with your Google Calendar as needed.

To manually synchronize an imported Google Calendar:

1. Search for and open the calendar as described in Searching for and opening a Google Calendar.
2. In the right rail, click widgets to open widgets for publishing tools.
3. In the External Calendar Actions widget, click Sync Calendar.
   

   

4. In the confirmation message, click Sync Now.
