Configuring the Google Calendar integration


You configure the integration with Google Calendar at the Global level.

To configure the Google Calendar integration:

  1. In your Google Cloud console, obtain your client ID and client secret from the required project's credentials.
  2. Click menu > Admin > Sites & Settings > Sites > Global.
  3. Expand Integrations > Google Calendar.
  4. From the Calendar Service list, select Create New.
  5. In the New Google Service form, do the following:
    1. In the Internal Name field, enter an internal name. Brightspot uses this name in selection fields.
    2. In the Client ID and Client secret fields, paste the values from step 1.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Click Back.
  8. From the Calendar Service list, select the calendar service you created.
  9. Click Save.
